| About | Joseph Michael Santos, 69, of Vinton, passed away on July 20, 2025 at his home. Joe was preceded in death by his mother, Geneta Painter Santos and his father, Joseph Santos. He is survived by his sister, Jane Santos Yantis; brother-in-law, Steve Yantis: nephew, David Yantis and his beloved ex-wife and best friend, Julie White Santos along with other cherished family members and friends. A 1974 graduate of William Byrd High School, Joe will be remembered for his love of people, his love of animals and his generosity. Joe was exceptionally thoughtful, caring, and kind-hearted, always willing to listen and to do all he could to help others.
