Doris Martin Millehan, passed through the gates of paradise on Friday, June 27th, 2025 in Roanoke, Virginia. She was born on October 18th, 1929 to the late Harry Dewitt and Nellie Lane Martin of Roanoke, Virginia. One of ten children, she loved to reminisce about her childhood. After graduating from William Byrd High School, she went to work for Peoples Drug Store, where she met her favorite customer, future husband and love of her life, the late Patrick Thomas Millehan. A Charter Member of Colonial Avenue Baptist Church, she taught Sunday school for many years. She also loved her family more than anything in the world and thoroughly loved helping to raise her grandsons.

She was preceded in death by her beloved brothers and sisters-in-law, Harold (Peggy) Martin and Raymond (Rita) Martin; sisters and brothers-in-law, Norma (Jimmy) Epperly, Leona (Donald) Haymaker, Betty (Bill) Wood and June (Carlton) Alcorn.

She leaves behind her much loved children, Tom (Anne) Millehan, Ron (Mary Jane) Millehan and Jan Millehan; precious grandchildren, Chris (Sara) Millehan and Patrick Millehan; adored great-granddaughter, Leah; beloved brother and sisters, Charles (Pat) Martin, Naomi (Vernon) Jamison and Wanda (Chuck) Myers; numerous loving nieces, nephews and friends as well as her devoted granddog, Mia.

A celebration of life will be announced a later date.
