About	Kevin Earl Stoots, of Vinton, Va., went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 10, 2009. He is survived by his children, Christopher, Brock and Savannah Stoots; mother and stepfather, Betty and Gary Powers; father and stepmother, Carlton and Kerri Stoots; grandmother, Janet Wiseman; sister and brotherin-law, Heather and Brett Goodman; stepsisters, Lisa Hicks and Tina Powers; half sister, Amber Stoots; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. A memorial service will be held 5 p.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2009, at Oakey's Vinton Chapel with the Rev. Dick Jones officiating.
