Jeffory Grant Ferguson, 67 of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 16, 2019. He passed away peacefully at his home with family by his side. He was preceded in death by his father Maurice Alexander Ferguson and his mother Vivian Kathleen Hughes.
Jeff was loved by everyone for his humor, kindness, compassion, generosity, and willingness to help anyone no matter the need. He had a heart of gold and gave freely of his time and his skills to whomever needed him. Life will not be the same without his beautiful soul and he will be missed immensely. He was truly one of God's blessings to all who knew him.
He is survived by his brother, Maurice Lee Ferguson and wife Lynn of Buchanan; sisters, Mitzi Wolfe of Roanoke, Brenda Kathleen Ferguson and husband Steve of Hardy; a special aunt Carol Faye Hughes of Goodview; aunt Audrey Hancock of Roanoke; nieces, Nicki Ferguson, Stephanie Niederhofer; nephews, Steve Ferguson, Matthew Ferguson, and Cham Ferguson.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton with Pastor Josh Peterson officiating.
