U. S. Air Force and Coast Guard Veteran. Employed by U. S. Post Office. Former owner of Louisiana Magnolia Caffee at Smith Mountain Lake. No children. Survived by parents John Paul Doran and Pauline Murray Doran. Two sisters Becky Doran Grubb and Barbara Doran Sacra. Grandnephew Brandon Tyler Cheatham.
Cremated and ashes given to family.
On March 2, 2019 his ashes were placed in the casket of his grandnephew Brandon Tyler Cheatham (2001-2019) # 197130507 and they were buried together with both names on gravemarker.
