About	Brandon Tyler Cheatham, 17, of Roanoke, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 24, 2019, after having a food allergy. In heaven he joins his Mammaw, Pauline M. Doran, his great-grandmother who raised him and passed away the next day; his uncle Ricky Doran, grandfather Harry “Doo” Perdue. Brandon was a senior at William Byrd High School, and Arnold C. Burton Technical School where he was part of the engine team of Hotrodders of Tomorrow. He loved going fishing and watching hockey game especially the Railyard Dawgs. He is survived by his Pappaw, great-grandfather Paul Doran; his mother, Kari Wahl (Michael); father Shawn Cheatham (Violet); brother Jacob O’Dell; Grandmothers Rebecca “Becky” Grubb and Sarah Cheatham; aunts and uncles. Paul “Alex” and Melissa Perdue, Barbara Sacra (Chad), Marilyn Montbriand (Greg), Butch Murray, John Murray; cousins Lexi Perdue, Matthew Sacra, Nathan Sacra, Justin Sacra, Marcus Montbriand, Jamie Montbriand; his girlfriend, Haley Poindexter; special friends Kenneth Blankenship and Mary Suiter; and numerous other family members and friends. A celebration of his life will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Oakey’s Vinton Chapel. Pastors Rodger Hogan and Guy Thompson will officiate and interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Donate Life Virginia, 9200 Arboretum Parkway #104, North Chesterfield, VA 23236 (866-823-6667). His family will receive friends on Friday, March 1, 2019 from 6-8 PM at Oakey’s Vinton Chapel.
