Shirley Marie Scott Firebaugh, 65, of Roanoke, died Thursday, September 28, 2000.
Shirley was a lifetime member of Washington Heights Grace Brethren Church where she played the accordion, organ and piano and also attended Hollins Road Baptist Church. She was a secretary at Richardson-Wayland Electric Company with 23 years service.
Surviving are her children, Ricky Arnes Firebaugh, Myrtle Beach, S.C., Donna Marie Firebaugh, Roanoke, Scott Edward Firebaugh, Myrtle Beach, S.C., Julie Seay Firebaugh, Roanoke; her grandchildren, Alysisa Marie, Jessie, Jerime and Marcus; her mother, Judy Dillon Scott, Hardy; her former husband, Richard C. Firebaugh, Roanoke.
Funeral services will be held at Oakey's Vinton Chapel Monday, October 2, 2000 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Kevin Smith and the Rev. Mark Washington officiating. Interment in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
