About	Harry Spencer "Pinky" Goggin, 83, of Vinton, Va., died on Monday, January 10, 2011. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Germaine Goggin; and daughter, Kathy Gail Goggin. Surviving are his wife, Phyllis K. Goggin; daughter, Diane G. Ewton; son, Keith E. Goggin and wife, Lisa; stepchildren, Casandra King and Michael Phillips; eight grandchildren; and seven greatgrandchildren. Services will be held at Oakey's Vinton Chapel 10 a.m. on Friday, January 14, 2011, with Dr. Bob Wayne officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association of the Blue Ridge, 2728 Colonial Ave., Suite 2, Roanoke, Va. 24015 or to Southern Care Inc., 5330 Peters Creek Road, Suite D-1, Roanoke, Va. 24019. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 13, 2011, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Oakey's Vinton Chapel, 540-982-2221.
