CRAIG, Harold E., (Shorty), 66, of Jacksonville, Fla., died Saturday, May 10, 1997. He was born in Roanoke, Va. and moved to Jacksonville, Fla. in 1960. Mr. Craig was the own er and operator of the Optical Shoppe with his wife for the past 16 years. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was predeceased by his parents; and a grandson, Lucas. Mr. Craig is survived by his wife of 30 years, Sandra L. Craig; two daughters, Rhonda McEwen (Richard) and Renee Dixon; two sons, Russell and Robert (Carol); a sister, Lois Jones (James); and a brother, Floyd Craig (Lois); 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd., with Rev. Richard McEwen officiating. Interment will be held in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 12, 1997, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Northeast, 4266 Sunbeam Rd., Jacksonville, Fla.
