About	Larry Wayne Wilkerson, 53, of Roanoke, passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2000. He is survived by his wife, Marlene; two sons, Robbie Wayne Wilkerson, Roanoke, and Bryon J. "B.J." Wilkerson and his wife, Dona of Roanoke; one sister, Betty Saunders of Vinton; two brothers, Roger and wife, Debbie Wilkerson of Moneta, and Alan Wilkerson and wife, Sylvia of Blue Ridge; one grandchild, Priscilla Longoria: his parents, Woodrow and Nancy Wilkerson; two special friends, Teresa Lambert and Beverly Keene; other special friends too numerous to name; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives mourn his passing. "I love you the most," Marlene. The family would like to send a special thanks to his Auction Junkie friends and his friends from Local Union 51. Mr. Wilkerson retired from Dover Elevator Company after thirty years of service. Contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Virginia, 5001 West Broad St., Suite 217, Richmond, VA or to Hollins Rescue Squad, Hollins, Virginia. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, September 1, 2000 from Valley Funeral Services Chapel, 1608 Peters Creek Rd., Roanoke, Virginia, with Roger Stevens officiating. Interment will be at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
