About	Charles Lester (Chip) Dean, 34, of Bent Mountain, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Chip enjoyed a career in law enforcement from the federal to local level. He is survived by his parents, Barney and Donna Dean; sister, Tracy Morgan; nephews, Sam and Cole; sister, Cari Lorenzoni and husband, Pete; and numerous other relatives and friends. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Chip's life at his home at 10106 Bottom Creek Road, Bent Mountain, Va., at 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, 2011. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his name to either St. Jude Children's Hospital or the ASPCA.
