Charnita D. (Nita) Andrews, 51, of Vinton, Virginia passed away on Friday, May 20, 2016. Charnita was a loving daughter, sister, niece and cousin. "Nita" as she was affectionately known was born on January 14, 1965 to Calvin E. and Patricia Andrews. Nita was preceded in death by her father, Calvin E. Andrews.

Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Patricia Andrews of Vinton, Va.; brothers, Anthony (Tammie) Andrews of Seattle, Wash.; Travis Andrews of Washington, D.C.; sister, Essence Andrews of Vinton, Va.; a dedicated and loving companion, the Rev. Gerald Butler of Cheraw, S.C. and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the Hamlar-Curtis Chapel with Bishop Frank English, Eulogist. The family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to the service.
