About	GORDON, Martha Yost, 43, of Blue Ridge, passed away October 18, 2001. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jake (Greek) Gordon; and her parents, Dr. John W. Yost and Peggy Peery Yost. She was an employee of the Berkshire Healthcare Center. Surviving are a son, Thad Daniel Gordon and wife, Carmen of Blue Ridge; daughter, Brandi Sh Gordon and Tommy Heck of Bedford; grandchildren, Elijah Daniel Gordon, Chloe Marie Gordon, Jacob Thomas Heck; a brother, John Robert (Bob) Yost of Goodview; sisters-in-laws and brothers-in-laws, Paul and Cheryl Gordon, Melvin and Charlotte Gordon, Dennis and Wanda Burnett, Larry Gordon, all of Blue Ridge; an uncle, Joe Yost of Tazewell; an aunt, Jane Clairy of Savannah, Ga.; also a number of nieces and nephews; and two very special pets, Muffin and Miss Baby. Funeral services will be at the Oakey's East Chapel, 1 p.m. Thursday, November 1, 2001 with the Rev. Aubrey Dooley officiating. Interment will be in the Glade Creek Cemetery. Friends may call at Oakey's East Chapel after 1 p.m. Wednesday.
