About	Heather Rose Washburn, 48, of Moneta, went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 30, 2012, after her battle with cancer. She was a former LPN with Community Hospital for a short period and worked most of her career with Dr. George Kevorkian, Jr. Heather loved life and lived it to the fullest. She was preceded in death by her father, Gregory Weiss and is survived by her husband of 25 years, Jeffrey W. Washburn; daughter, Amber Washburn; step son, Brandon Washburn; her mother, Marjorie Weiss; sisters, Michelle Walker (Ed), Wendy Weiss (Bert); aunt and uncle, Marion and Ron Zajac and daughters; also several other aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews, Rose Ann and Gregory Walker, Corbin Scott and Rusty Weiss, and April Harper; father and mother-in-law, Dale and Barbara Washburn; and brother-in-law, Todd Washburn (Sharon). A funeral service will be held at 6:00PM on Monday, December 3, 2012 at Oakey's Vinton Chapel with Mr. John Huddleston officiating (Deacon of Palestine Baptist Church).
