About	David "Hossimus" Prime Matthew Gray Fielder ,23, of Vinton, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 26, 2006. David was a 2002 graduate of William Byrd High School and also attended Virginia Western. His greatest achievement was being an extra in the movie War of the Worlds with Tom Cruise. David was a huge fan of Transformers. He was a kind hearted spirit that would befriend anyone. David was predeceased by his "Maw," Elizabeth Owens Gray on June 22, 2006; his "Paw Paw," John E. Gray, Sr. in 1998; and his aunt, Linda "Gunga" in 1994. Left to cherish his memory is his number one fan, his Mom, Cathy Gray Fielder; one brother, Winston Thurman and his wife, Dawn; one nephew, David Howell; one niece, Tori Thurman; one uncle, John Gray, Jr. and his wife, Elizabeth; one aunt, Debbie Keaton and her husband, Warner; numerous cousins and friends and his best friend, John Cobb; and two faithful dogs that he loved so much, Bubba and Majjin Bu. David, you will be missed so very, very much and you will always and forever be loved. XOXOXOXO. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, August 30, 2006 at Oakey's Vinton Chapel with the Pastor Mark Ellis officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Vinton. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 29, 2006 from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. at Oakey's Vinton Chapel (982-2221).
