About	Pamela Jones Shea, 65, of York, SC, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at the Levine Dickson Hospice House in Charlotte, NC. Friends and family will be welcomed for visitation starting at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 15th, 2023, followed by a memorial service from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm at M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 4820 Charlotte Highway, Lake Wylie, SC. Pam was born August 15, 1957 in Richmond, VA to the late William Perry and Helen Conner Jones. She was a graduate of William Byrd High School and Virginia Western Community College Roanoke, VA. She worked for many years at First Union bank in Charlotte, NC and several more years as a medical billing specialist at multiple doctors’ offices. In 1983, she met her future husband, Judson E. Shea, married in 1985 – designing and sewing her own wedding dress. She had a love and passion for animals, for which she rescued and cared for many throughout her life. Pam was known for putting others ahead of herself and was a very positive person. One of her favorite hobbies was painting kindness rocks and leaving them in parks, grocery stores, and restaurants for others to find just to brighten their day. She is survived by her husband Judson E. Shea; son Judson D. Shea (Mary) of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren Micah Shea and Amira Shea; sister-in-law, Judilee Shea of St Louis, MO; nephews Benjamin Jones and Mark Jones of Knoxville, TN; along with many cousins and their families in Southwest Virginia.
