About	Sharon Gail Brizendine Wertz, an incredible Mother, and even better Grandmother, passed away on April 8, 2024 at Rex Hospital in [Raleigh, NC](https://www.legacy.com/.../local/north-carolina/raleigh). She was 70 years old. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family as God sent his Angels to gather her with love and bring her home. A Celebration of Sharon's life will be held at 5pm on Friday April 12th at Greystone Baptist Church, 7509 Lead Mine Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615. The Family will receive Friends at 4:30. Sharon Wertz will be forever missed, but always remembered for her true selflessness and personal enjoyment she had for helping everyone with the fortune of knowing her in anyway that she possibly could.
