About	James Darrell Hutchens, 47, of Roanoke, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2009. He graduated from William Byrd High School in 1980. He served as a magistrate for Roanoke County for the past 18 years. He was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine (Sissy) and infant brother, Billy Wayne. He is survived by his loving father, Billy Hutchens; and brother, Dr. Jason Hutchens. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. The immediate family would like to thank Darrell's friends and extended family members for their love and support to him. And a special thanks to all the nurses and staff at Roanoke Memorial Hospital's Eight Mountain PCU for helping him through his final days. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel at 2 p.m. on Wednesday with the Rev. Thomas A. Dill Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Oakey's Vinton Chapel, 982-2221.
