About	Ricky E. Walton, 49, of Goodview, Va., went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 25, 2010. He was a master carpenter. He was a beloved husband, father, and paw-paw. He is preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine Walton; grandmother, Lilly Hall; and beloved father. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Tina Jamison Walton; son and daughter-in-law, Jonathan and Ashley Walton; daughter, Jessica Walton; beloved granddaughter, Alexis Sye Walton; father, John L. Walton and his wife, Joyce; brothers, Bobby Walton and Gary Walton; baby sister, Diane Cannaday and her family; special friend and motherin-law, Frances Jamison; and his best friend, Jerry Woolwine. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 29, 2010, at Oakey's Vinton Chapel with Pastor Steven Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at Oakey's Vinton Chapel, 540-982-2221.
