About | Talmadge Andre “Fuzzy”, Vineyard age 58 departed this life on July 12, 2011. He was born on July 10, 1953 in Vinton, VA to the late Ezekiel Edward Vineyard and the late Avis Attie Jones Vineyard. He was preceded in death by two brothers, James Vineyard, Samuel Vineyard and a sister, Jewell Vineyard. He was also preceded in death by aunts and uncles, Frances Vineyard Jackson, Vivian Vaughn, Audry Marten, James E. Cox and Elijah Jones, He is survived by his 4 children, sons, Talmadge Brandon Vineyard of Vinton, special nephew, Lee Marvin (Shoua) Webb, Jr. of Washington State, Daughters, Letitia Dawn Vineyard of Roanoke, Heather Vineyard Sparks of Vinton, VA, Tamra Liane Vineyard of Vinton, one brother, George (Margaret) Vineyard of Salem, sister in-law, Lilly Calloway Vineyard, four aunts, Elizabeth Lewis, Martha E. Law, Silverine James, Mattie Powell, significant other, Cathy Madonia, special friends, Rick Huddleston and Mike Madonia, three grand daughters, Autumn Rae Vineyard, Madison Stacy Vineyard, and Erica Liane Barton and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Fuzzy was educated in the Roanoke Public School system, graduating from William Byrd High School in 1971 where he received the titles of “Mr. Touch Down” and the title of Home Coming King. He later joined the Virginia State Police during the Early 70’s. After relocating to Vinton, he was employed with Grumman Emergency Products, Inc. where he worked as a Purchasing agent. He was also employed with UPS and M and W Fire. A funeral service will be held Noon Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2268 Hardy Rd., Vinton, VA 24179 with Rev. Thomas Harper and Bishop Jimmy Webber officiating. The interment will follow in Williams Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday, July 18, 2011 6-8PM . Friends may call at Serenity Monday, 12PM– 8PM for viewing. Special thanks to friends at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints and Rev. Thomas Harper. |
