Ralph Eugene "Spike" Kelley, 66, of Roanoke, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2015. He was predeceased by a brother, Harry Kelley and a sister, Betty Sue Kelley. Surviving family includes a sister, Virginia Overstreet; brothers, Robert Kelley, Richard Kelley, James Kelley and Earl Kelley and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Old Dominion Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jeff Gardner officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Lotz Funeral Home in Vinton.
