About	Frank Edward "Frankie" Kelly III, 53, of Goodview and Vinton, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 10, 2012. He was born on May 16, 1958 in Roanoke, graduated with Honors in 1976 from William Byrd High School and was employed at UPS for 31+ years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, outdoor sports and spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Kelly Martin. Frankie is survived by his father and stepmother, Frank and Betty Kelly; daughter, Kristina Kelly and longtime boyfriend, Andy Eanes; son, Frank T. Kelly IV; brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Angie Kelly; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathryn and John Theiben and Alison and Leon Perdue; stepsisters, Delaine Newcomb and husband Richard and Robin Smith and husband Julian; many nieces, nephews and mother of his children, Debbie R. Kelly. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9pm Friday, April 13, 2012 at Oakey's Vinton Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11am, Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Vinton Baptist Church with Pastor Mark Manning and Rev. Bill Booth officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his children for a future trust fund. Arrangements by Oakey's Vinton Chapel.
