About	Robert Lee “Rob” Shrader, 58, of Salem, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2013. He was born in Richmond, a son of the late Harold Calvin Shrader and Helen Irene Underwood Shrader and had been an area resident all of his life. Rob was employed as a Financial Service Representative with SunTrust Bank for over 25 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, S. Scott and Winifred “Peggy” Shrader, and Harry and Katie Underwood. Rob is survived by a brother, Rodney D. Shrader; special cousins, Vicki Underwood, Carl III and Barb Underwood, Shawn and Beth Grace, Shannon Underwood, David and Michel Underwood, Jeanette Hinkle, Richard and Norma Underwood, Thomas C. and Norma Underwood, Samuel E. Underwood and wife, good friends Harry and Alvin Arnold, and Bill Hunnicutt. Rob is also survived by several other family members and dear friends. The family will receive friends from 1 to 3PM, Friday, December 20, 2013 at John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem, with memorial services beginning at 3PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Adult Care Center of Roanoke Valley 2321 Roanoke Blvd. Salem, VA 24153.
