About	Randolph (Randy) Neal Taylor, 57, of Roanoke, passed away Wednesday February 12, 2014. He is preceded in death by his mother Joann Taylor, and brother John Marvin Taylor. He was a very talented hairstylist and worked for many years throughout the valley. Survivors include his father, Al Taylor; niece, Heather Taylor and husband Rich; great nephew, Nate; numerous cousins. Funeral services will be held 12 noon Monday at Oakey's Vinton Chapel with Rev. Dr. William Booth officiating. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8pm Sunday at the funeral home.
