About In honor of Debra Ann Perdue Price, 57, of Roanoke, began her new life in Heaven on Thursday, July 18, 2013. She is preceded in death by her daddy, Carl E. Perdue, Sr. Surviving is her adoring husband, Wayne R. Price; son, Brandyn W. Price; loving mother, Iris C. Perdue; brothers, Carl E. Perdue, Jr. and Michael Perdue and his wife, Jeanean Perdue; brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, Michael and Charlene Price, Randall and Annette Price and Geoff & Dawn Price; sixteen nieces and nephews; ten great nieces and nephews; her best friend and cousin, Vickie Levin; numerous extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins. Debra was co-owner of Hypothetest, LLC; a clinical research company in Roanoke, VA. Among her many accomplishments include Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from VCU; Associate of Applied Science (AAS) with a major in Radiography from Virginia Western Community College; Phi Theta Kappa Society; Magna Cum Laude; Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC); Academy of Clinical Research Professionals; Registered Technologist in Radiography (RTR); Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Medicine; Certified Densitometry Technologist (CDT); International Society for Clinical Densitometry; Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM); Medical Society of Virginia; Member of Virginia Medical Group Management Association (MGMA); graduate of William Byrd High School; accomplished classical pianist; master diver and Certified Rescue Diver (PADI). The family welcomes those who would come to celebrate Debra's life at Oakey's Vinton Chapel on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 with visitation beginning at 6:00 p.m. followed by a service celebrating her life at 7:00 p.m. "My Darling Wife. While you walked with us, we were loved, we wanted for nothing, and we knew no fear." Oakey's Vinton Chapel and Crematory handling funeral arrangements.
