About	Carolyn J. Willis, beloved daughter and sister, passed away unexpectedly at home on November 15, 2012 of an apparent cardiac event. Carolyn was a graduate of William Byrd High School, Radford University, and Unity School of Christianity. As a licensed Unity teacher and member of Unity of Roanoke Valley, she served as a volunteer teacher of Sunday school children for many years. During her lifetime she also worked as a preschool teacher and for her family's business. Carolyn is survived by her parents, Richard and Barbara Willis, sister and brother-in-law Shirley and Eric Steele, and several cousins. A private graveside service arranged by Oakey's Vinton Chapel took place on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Mountain View Cemetery. An angel in life, she is certainly an angel now. Carolyn was an avid animal lover and supporter of animal rescue.
