Brad died from "respiratory depression" at his home. He loved his children Rian and Theron more than anything. He was a member of Rose Hill Baptist Church and was baptised only two months before his death. He is buried in White Chapel Cemetery. He is greatly missed by his children, his brother Jared Grider, and his mother Patricia Grider Sloan.
