| About Me | Not much I can say about me... I'm 32 years old, and a mother to the two most amazing children in the world... Gavin is every bit a boy, with a heart of gold, And Madison is my girly girl and the sweetest, kindest person I have ever met. She's stronger than anyone I know with everything she's been through in her young life so far and she inspires me to be a better mother, a better friend, and a better person every day. Otherwise all I can say about me is there's more than meets the eye... I'm like an onion... we have layers (yes... I did just steal a quote from Shrek) :-) I guess the quote that maybe best describes me but I hate at the same time is... “You’re such a boy!” the words I get from a friend everytime I pass on an opportunity to go shopping, get a manicure, or something else that is so extremely and stereotypically “girl”. I don’t do the girly thing. I much more prefer taking in the sun in the stands of a baseball game, watching the team I love struggle for that next run, than lay by the pool all lathered up in oil reading the latest gossip magazine. Dont get me wrong, I see nothing wrong with the girlier things in life; they just aren’t me. I am happiest when I am on my feet singing at the top of my lungs “Take me out to the ballgame…”. The crack of that bat is the best sound in the world to me. That's is my happy place. I can be in the worst mood in the world, tears streaming down my face from the latest heartbreak, the latest letdown, but as soon as I see that emerald green field, the players warming up, as soon as that first pitch is thrown, its as if the rest of the world does not exist.
