Served USN Sea Bees 1974-1990, received PHD in Engineering 1988, served as Base Command ROICC NAS Guantanamo Bay Cuba 1988-1990, retired 1990. Moved to hometown Guthrie, Oklahoma 1990. Passed away Nov 27, 2017.
