Dem. Governor-elect Dannel Malloy and Lt. governor-elect Nancy Wyman held a press conference at the State Capitol Monday afternoon after Republican candidate for governor Tom Foley conceded the election several hours earlier. Malloy met with a large contigent of the state media as well as many of his campaign staff and supporters.
