| About Me | Yes, there's a story behind the Congo Harry nickname in my email address. I spent the last 50 years working for a veritable alphabet soup of foreign affairs agencies including USAID, Voice of America, USIS, the American Bureau of Interpol, and the State Department. Hired because I could speak Spanish and had a background in the Central American region, "Uncle Sam" decided I was best suited for...(drum roll)....French speaking West Africa (slaps forehead).
