Joined Air Force at 17 years old during senior year of high school. Retired 20 years later at 37 years old. Used Vietnam Era GI Bill to pay for undergrad eduction. Served in 1st Gulf War. Spent last four years as a First Sergeant for aircraft fighter squadron.

Our West High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our West High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated. All of us in Sioux City are proud of our military alumni and want to thank them for risking their lives to protect our country!
