After graduating WHS, I spent 4 years at the US AF Academy in Colorado Springs. After Graduation, I was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant. I am trained as an Airfield Operations (Air Traffic Control and Airfield Management) Officer, and have held positions at the Flight, Squadron and Headquarters level. I have deployed 3 times in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom and was recently promoted to Lieutenant Colonel. I am preparing for my next job as AF representative to the FAA for the Western US, in Seattle.

Served as a sniper team leader for 3 years. Figured out I needed to use my head, and not my back so much, so I re-enlisted for an avionics electronics radar repairman. Spent my last 7 years in working on helicopter electronics. Got out in 2000.

I have been to Iraq twice, Korea twice, lived in 7 different states at 10 different assignments. I will retire here in Washington and pursue a career in Customs and Federal Port Authority duties. I'm married with a beautiful wife who is a certifed Paralegal working with a major Law Firm in Olympia, and have 3 children, 2 boys, 1 girl.
