About	Cynthia Shuman Harrison Cynthia Shuman Harrison, 36, went to be with the Lord on December 28, 2007. Cynthia was an Anesthesiology Physician’s Assistant at Memorial Hospital in Savannah, GA. She was very active in her church, Wilmington Island United Methodist Church, teaching Sunday school and directing the children’s choir. She was an avid scrap booker creating many items for family and friends.
