About Me	I was happily married to the same man for nearly 50 years. He unfortunately passed away after a short battle with cancer in 2011. We had two children and four grandchildren and they are my pride and joy. I enjoy spending time with each of them and each one is special in his own way. They can say "Nana I love you", and my heart melts. I hope that they always know how much I love them. We retired a several years ago and moved to our place in the country. I have about 80 acres and enjoy the quite country life. I enjoy getting up in the morning (no alarm clock) and sitting out on the back porch with my first cup of coffee. The birds and squirrels are up and about and the world is coming to life. I love to plant lots of flowers and work in my yard every spring but when it's a 110 degrees in July, I am not so heap on the yardwork! We always planted a garden every year and I have tried to continue. i enjoy the fresh veggies. We really enjoy them in the middle of winter.
