About Me	I pursued a career in the manufacturing printing industry, specifically in personal care and cosmetics consumables. I spent the first 15 years of my career on the production floor in a middle management role, running equipment, processing, supervising, and R&D. The last 10 years more towards the operations side of the business, strategic planning, P&L responsibility, cultivating subordinates. With the downturn in American manufacturing I started my own consulting business 6 years ago. As a result I have traveled 44 states and 9 countries with my work.
