David Franklin Whitmore, 46 of Woodsboro passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at his home.
Born on November 3, 1968 he was the son of the late Austin and Goldie Whitmore.
He was a 1986 graduate of Walkersville High School. He enjoyed bowling and was previously employed as a fence builder with Frederick Fence Co. and also had numerous plumbing jobs.
He is survived by his sister, June Naugle of Georgia, sister, Anne Gum and husband Jim of WV, bother, William "Billy" Whitmore and wife Lura of New Midway and a sister, Robin Smith and husband Dennis of Woodboro. He will be remembered by his numerous nieces and nephews and a special nephew, Kevin Gibbons. He will also be remembered by his dog, Bucky.
He is preceded in death by a sister, Donna Moberly.
A private memorial service for family and close friends will be held.
