About	Donald Martin Johnson Don March 18, 1946 ~ April 27, 2011 Donald “Don” Johnson, age 65, died peacefully after a short illness in his home in Draper, Utah early in the morning on April 27, 2011. Don was born on March 18, 1946 in Jamestown, NY to Donald M. Johnson and Beatrice E. Leman. Loving, kind and funny, Don filled his life with adventure and friendship. He was gifted with a love of flying, which he made into a career, first in the US Air Force and then as a commercial airline pilot. Don’s career allowed him to pursue his passion for travel and history, and his life in Utah satisfied his love of skiing, hiking and life among the mountains. Don especially enjoyed his many trips to France, where he reveled in the fluid language and fine wines. Don’s greatest love was his wife and three daughters, with whom he created many cherished memories. His sense of humor and bright intellect will be missed by his family and his many friends. Don is survived by his wife Joelle and daughter Lindsay; daughter Pilar Kristine, son-in-law Marin Goldstein and grandson Oisin of Massachusetts; and daughter Jennifer Johnson Swasey and granddaughter Makenna of New Jersey. Family and friends may call Wednesday, May 4, 2011 from 6 to 8 pm at 13387 Canyon Spring Circle; Draper, Utah.
