In Loving Memory of Kathleen Anne Card , Class of 1964
With heavy hearts, I announce the passing of Kathleen Anne Card (Bennett / Watson) a devoted mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and cherished member of her community. Kathleen passed away on February 1, 2025, in Knoxville, Tennessee, after a long illness, with her beloved sons by her side.
She is survived by her two sons, Michael and Timothy Bennett, and their wives, Heidi and Missy Bennett. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Sarah and Anna Bennett of Florida and Brooke and Brandon Bennett of Knoxville, Tennessee. She is also survived by her brother, John Card of Johnson City, New York.
Kathleen’s warmth, strength, and unwavering love for her family will never be forgotten. Honoring her wishes, her ashes will be scattered in the Tennessee Mountains, a place that held cherished memories with those she loved.
Her presence in our lives was a blessing, and while she may be gone, her love and legacy will live on in our hearts forever.
