| About | Our family is grieving the loss of Mary Patricia Vernon, aka “Mary Patricia Puhek, Mary Pat Puhek, Patti Vernon, Venice High class of Winter 1967 Kahilian. She has 3 siblings, Louis John (John) Puhek, Summer 1967 Les Uniques, Mary Josephine Puhek, & Michael Gerard Puhek, also Venice HS alumni. She passed away in her sleep February 17, 2026. We take solace in the fact that her loving husband of 55 years, Robert Vernon (Bob) was with her. She was very popular during her Venice HS years, having been voted “ best looking” in her graduating class. Her kindness, pleasant demeanor & beauty made it easy to be around her. She resided in South Shore, Lake Las Vegas at the time of her passing. She is missed by many. |

My cousin, Pat, more like a sister, was a very special person. She and her husband, Bob, shared a wonderful life together and their home was always open to friends and family. Yes, she was beautiful, but so much more - very kind, caring, creative, welcoming, intelligent, loving and loved by all who knew her. She will be remembered and missed always. ❤️
