Rachel Marie Shahinian was born on April 26, 1965, in Los Angeles, California, her father, Jean, was 36, and her mother, Yevnigue, was 35.
While at Venice High School, Rachel was a member of the drama department, a member of the club the Allegros, and was the 1982 Homecoming Queen for her class. In the fall of 1983, she starred in the school play Cheaper by the Dozen as Anne.
Rachel was married two times. She was residing in Alameda, California at the time of her passing.
Rachel and her daughter died on August 15, 2015, in Tuolumne, California.
Rachel was only 50 years old.
Her daughter was Annika Zinsley (2005-2015)
