Winter, William Charles "Chuck" Age 61, of Jackson, passed away at Allegiance Health December 9, 2015. He is survived by three children; Becky (Matthew) Hill, William 'Chad' (Karie) Winter and Andrew (Melissa) Winter, eight grandchildren; Ellery and Wyatt Hill, Colette, Grace, Logan, Abigail, Delilah and Alayna Winter, his mother, Louise (formerly Winter, maiden-Slater) Dean, two brothers, Rodney (Lisa) and David (Karen) Winter, sister Linda (Terry) Wineland, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father William Carl Winter and step-father, Richard Dean. Chuck was a long time Little-League coach in the Hanover Horton Area and was an avid University of Michigan Fan. GO BLUE!! (Jackson Citizen Patriot)
