About Me	#1 Stayed home to raise two fine boys. Worked at Kennelwood Pet Resorts for 25 1/2 years, but am now retired. Traveled, spent way too much time at flea markets, thrift stores, and tag sales. Have not cleaned out my basement for about 49 years. Have become quite a good cook, a bit gourmet and have spent too much time taste-testing my recipes. Was co-author with a cousin in publishing a family cookbook. Visiting our kids and grandchildren in California and in St. Louis. Dining out always in search of the "Best of..." Going to New England every October for fresh lobster and beautiful fall foliage. We're never disappointed. Was able to live in Rome part of a summer when Jerry still worked for TWA. Now that was an incredible experience! The artwork, the colors, the fountains, the history and yes of course, the food. Did I mention the gelato? Been quite a ride so far. Moving alot slower now, but still enjoy old friends and remembering who drove what kind of car. Don't you miss being able to identify an approaching car by its grille or headlights? Me too! My dream, if I ever win the lottery, would be to own, even if only briefly, a 1959 Cadillac red and white hard-top El Dorado. The ultimate ...(read more)
