Anthony Dennis Gonsolin, born on May 14, 1994, in Vacaville, California, is an American professional baseball pitcher known for his contribution to Major League Baseball (MLB). He is a proud alumnus of Vacaville High School where he showcased notable baseball skills. He later honed his abilities playing college baseball for the Saint Mary's Gaels.

After graduating, Gonsolin was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the ninth round of the 2016 Major League Baseball draft, marking the start of his professional career. He made his Major League debut on June 26, 2019, for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Through to the 2023 season, Gonsolin has maintained an impressive win-loss record of 34-11. His pitching prowess is further backed by his total strikeouts, which sits at 349, and an earned run average of 3.19. Gonsolin's career has been predominantly with the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Notably, Gonsolin was part of the triumphant Los Angeles Dodgers team that won the World Series in 2020. He was also recognized as an All-Star in 2022, marking two significant highlights in his professional career.

Between his early minor league career and rise to the major leagues, Gonsolin has dedicatedly represented and played for various teams including minor league teams such as the Ogden Raptors, the Great Lakes Loons, and the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Gonsolin managed to maintain an outstanding performance by achieving a win-loss record of 2-2 and an ERA of 2.31. His remarkable talent was again displayed in the postseason where he played in the National League Championship Series and the 2020 World Series.
