David W Cotrell, 24, of 310 1/2 Scioto St,. died in a multiple car accident Friday, November 15, 1974.
David was born November 29, 1950, in Urbana, the son of Donald and Dorothy Rice Cotrell. A life-long resident of Urbana, he graduated from Urbana High School in 1968 and attended Urbana College. He was employed at Dare Pafco, Inc.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Dwain, and two sisters, Deborah and Deena, all at home.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Hollingshead Funeral Home with the Rev. Douglas McAdams, pastor of the Urbana Church of the Nazarene, officiating.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
