William P. Volk
Class of 1973
Bill graduated in 1973 and got married to Grant High School sweetheart, Carol Oviatt, in 1976. Together they have five children and six grandchildren. Bill went on to Utah State University and then to Southwestern University Law School, graduating in 1982. Bill became a partner in two major law firms in Los Angeles and San Diego, specializing in civil trial litigation. He opened a branch law office in Las Vegas in 1996, and moved there is 2003. In 2009, he opened his successful solo practice specializing in mediations and civil trial litigation. If he is not in court, Bill spends a lot of time on his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
