| About Me | Sierra is the reigning Ms. America 2021. This is her third national pageant title in a row. She was crowned Ms. United States in 2017 and Queen of Queens in 2018. Sierra also hosts a television show Called "Positively Kansas" that airs on KPTS Ch. 8. Before Moving to Tampa she was a television news anchor in Joplin, Missouri, Waco, Texas, Tallahassee, Florida, Tampa, Florida and Wichita, Kansas. She's currently working on a documentary on a possible cure for cancer. A previous documentary she created on Darfur premiered at the United Nations and the film festival in Toronto.
