Update to the event: daytime BBQ at regional park, lower area. Starts at noon. Open to families, please see the site for details. Night time event is adults only and will be at Truckee brewing company’s brewing location. There will be food and a drink with ticket, additional beverages are available for purchase.

Also planning a buffet dinner at The River Ranch at the entrance to Alpine Meadows. No host bar opens at 6:00, d4inner at 7:00. Wear a jacket, may be cool. Dinner event cost $100mper person. Daytime event at Donner Lake will be $15 per person and includes BBQ. Send checks to Vaughn, Patty Ely or Jim Day. Payment must be received by Aug.20.
