An autopsy by the state medical examiner's office in Portland, OR found that former Thornridge Falcon, and Portland Trail Blazer Kevin Duckworth died of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with congestive heart failure. He was a great guy whom I enjoyed riding on the school bus with and seeing in the neighborhood. He will be missed by all that knew him, follwed his career, and loved him... Rest in Peace Boo Boo. Francine, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
