About	Mrs. Kathryn Ann Smith, 65, of Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon. She was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, on Sept. 19, 1949, a daughter of the now late John A. Riddle Sr. and Pauline V. (Mark) Riddle.. Kathryn was a 1967 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School in Council Bluffs. She and her family moved to Lebanon, in 1972.. She was a loving wife and a dedicated mother and grandmother. Kathryn enjoyed many years painting ceramics with her mother, and later creating items for her family and friends to enjoy. One of her greatest pleasures was decorating her home for the Halloween and Christmas holidays, especially her outdoor hearse and reindeer displays. Kathryn was an avid game and card player, along with working her daily puzzles in the newspaper. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.. Survivors her husband, Charles D. Smith Jr. of Lebanon; two children, Sarah L. (Todd) Goubeaux of Dayton, Ohio, and Charles D. Smith III of St. Petersburg, Fla.; three grandchildren, Tyler Goubeaux, Ben Goubeaux and Emma Goubeaux; sister, Paulette (Mike) Leonard of Phoenix, Ariz.; and brother, John A. Riddle Jr. of Phoenix.. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday, June 29, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 N. Lebanon St., Lebanon. Memorial services will be held at 5 p.m. Monday at the mortuary..
